Which materials are suitable for ultrasonic plastic welding

Suitable welding materials are:
1. Acrylonitrile butadiene-styrene copolymer, referred to as ABS, this material is a kind of material that is very good for welding, but this material is more expensive.
2. Polystyrene, PS for short, is suitable for ultrasonic welding.
3. SAN: Good ultrasonic welding effect.
Materials not suitable for welding:
1. Nylon, referred to as PA
2. Polyoxymethylene (POM).
3. Polymethyl methacrylate, abbreviated as: PMM.
4. Acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, referred to as PMM.
5. Polyester (PETP polybutylene terephthalate, PBTP polyethylene terephthalate).
6. PPS: The material is too soft, which makes it very difficult to weld.
7. Polyethylene, abbreviated as PE, this material is relatively soft and not easy to weld. The higher the density, the easier the welding is.
8. Polyvinyl chloride, referred to as PVC, so the material is relatively soft and difficult to weld, so few people use this material, and the products of this material are generally welded with high frequency.
9. Polycarbonate, or PC for short, has a high melting point and requires a long welding time.
10. Polypropylene, referred to as PP, because of its low elastic coefficient, this material is easy to attenuate sound wave vibration and is difficult to weld.
