The rollers used in ultrasonic sewing machines, also known as anvil plates and wheels, are tools designed for use with ultrasonic rotary welding systems. They are suitable for continuous welding, cutting & sealing, and embossing of textiles, non-woven materials, composite materials, and synthetic materials. Various patterns or engravings can be added to the surface of the rollers, or cutting blades can be incorporated, enabling cutting and sealing to be performed simultaneously. Usually made of steel, it has excellent wear resistance.
