20kHz Ultrasonic Deburring Technology
Altrasonic Technology has achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in deburring! This groundbreaking new process completely eliminates the drawbacks of traditional deburring methods, bringing you multiple core benefits.
The ultrasonic deburring system operates on the core principles of cavitation effect and high-frequency vibration. A generator produces a 20kHz high-frequency wave and 4000W of energy, which is transmitted through a customized ultrasonic tool (sonotrode/horn) to a chemical-free process water tank. This generates numerous microscopic cavitation bubbles at the tool tip. When these bubbles collapse, they release high-intensity impact force and discontinuous water flow, causing the workpiece burrs to vibrate at high frequency until they break off. This achieves non-contact, precise removal of burrs from inner and outer surfaces, intersecting holes, hidden burrs, and "flash." The entire process is stress-free, material-free, and does not alter the workpiece's size or surface structure. Surface cleaning is completed simultaneously. The system can be adapted to various workpiece materials, including metals (aluminum, zinc die castings, brass) and plastics (PA, PP, PC, etc.), by adjusting energy parameters and tool position. Combined with components such as laser positioning, digital twins, and industrial robots, it supports manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated deployment. Energy consumption is only 1%-2% of traditional processes, achieving energy savings of up to 95%. It boasts the core advantages of high efficiency, precision, environmental friendliness, and flexible adaptability.
