1. Technical Principles
Rotary Welding System
- Comprising a 35kHz ultrasonic transducer, an amplitude rod, and a radial wave-emitting disc-shaped welding head. The transducer converts electrical energy into longitudinal mechanical vibrations, while the amplitude rod amplifies the amplitude and converts the longitudinal vibrations into radial expansion-contraction vibrations, enabling the disc welding head to achieve 360° radiating high-frequency vibrations.
- The ultrasonic generator converts mains power into high-frequency alternating current (35 kHz), controlling vibration frequency and displacement accuracy (micron level).

Sewing Process
- Fabric passes between the welding head and pressure roller. The localized high temperature generated by high-frequency vibration instantly melts and bonds thermoplastic materials, eliminating the need for needles and thread.
- Welding and cutting synchronization: Replacing the integrated welding roller enables simultaneous sewing and cutting of fabric, with automatic edge sealing and no burrs.
