Analysis of failure of ultrasonic welding machine
With the continuous development of ultrasonic technology, ultrasonic welding machines are used in more and more fields, such as automobile parts industry, household appliances and furniture industry. At the same time, people will have more and more problems in the process of using, and the machine will have various failures. Ultrasonic metal welding machines generate high heat due to the friction between metals, and this heat will cause more failures. Relatively speaking, because the material of ultrasonic plastic welding machine is plastic, there are fewer failures caused by heat. Let's carry out a comprehensive analysis, what are the failures of general ultrasonic welding machines.
The failure of ultrasonic welding machine is mainly caused by the following two situations, machine whistling and welding hair heat. Machine whistling is generally caused by the following reasons. First, the welding head has cracked, and the system has identified the cracks. The second is that the screws of the machine are loose, which breaks the balance of the machine and causes howling. The third is that the welding head touches an improper component. For example, the welding head of an ultrasonic plastic welding machine touches a metal workpiece, which does not conform to its welding principle, and it will also produce howling.
The second case of ultrasonic welding machine failure is the heat of the welding head, which is mainly due to friction between the material and the welding head, and friction and heat generation in the operation of other parts of the machine. In normal welding work, heating is a normal phenomenon, but excessive heating can cause machine failure. Let's take the ultrasonic metal welding machine as an example to judge whether the heat of the welding head is at a normal standard. If the machine continuously emits ultrasonic waves for more than half an hour, the temperature should not be higher than 50-70°C, otherwise it is an abnormal phenomenon, and the fault must be checked immediately.
In the process of using the ultrasonic welding machine, we found that the main faults were machine noise and welding hair heat. According to the analysis of the customer's usage, it will be found that the failure frequency of the ultrasonic metal welding machine is relatively high, and the service life is shorter than that of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine. Only by continuously summarizing the causes of these failures and analyzing the causes can we specifically come up with a solution to the failure of the ultrasonic welding machine and increase the service life of the machine.
