What is the difference between the 20KHZ ultrasonic metal welding machine and a 35KHZ ultrasonic metal welding machine?
The power of the 20khz ultrasonic metal welding is 2000W, 3000W, 5000w and so on.
The power of the 35khz is 1000W.
The frequency of the ultrasonic metal welding we always see is 20khz and 35khz. The higher ultrasonic frequency, the better welding precision. But the smaller relative power, the smaller amplitude. On the contrary, the smaller ultrasonic frequency, the greater the power.
Low ultrasonic frequency will produce noise, when the frequency is lower than 35khz, ultrasonic welding noise will be very large. For plastic products with higher welding precision, the higher frequency will be better. Therefore, 35khz or higher frequency ultrasonic welding machine is suitable for precision, ultra-thin type.
20khz ultrasonic welding machine power is easier to adjust more higher, the amplitude is also relatively large. It’s suitable for welding larger and difficult to weld, more rough plastic products.
The ultrasonic metal spot welding machine does not need flux and external heating, does not deform due to heat, and has no residual stress. Not only the same kind of metal, but also between different kinds of metals can be welded. The sheet or wire can be welded to a thick plate. Ultrasonic welding of good conductors has much less energy than current welding, and is often used in the welding of transistors or lead wires of integrated circuits. When used in sealing welding of medicine and explosive materials, it can avoid contamination of medicine by soldering with dissolved objects, explosion and so on. It is the use of ultrasonic wave to weld the metal wire.
