What is the ultrasonic welding horn?
The ultrasonic horn is the generic term for all ultrasonic emitters, it is an indispensable part of ultrasonic welding equipment. The function of the welding horn is to couple the ultrasonic produced by the transducer to the processed object. Because of its ultrasonic transmission, the welding head must work in the resonant state, that is, its inherent resonant frequency should match the transducer, and the amplitude should be uniform.
