What to do with flash or burrs in ultrasonic welding products

The reasons for the flash or burrs of the product after ultrasonic welding are as follows


1. The ultrasonic power is too strong.

2. Ultrasonic welding takes too long.

3. The air pressure (dynamic) is too large.

4. The pressure (static) under the upper mold is too large.

5. The HORN energy expansion ratio is too large.

6. The guide fusion of plastic products is too outside or too high or thick.


The above six items are the reasons for the flashing of the product after the ultrasonic welding operation. However, the most critical one is the establishment of the sixth ultrasonic fuse line.
