The ultrasonic cleaning machine uses ultrasonic waves to cavitate, accelerate and direct the liquid and dirt to disperse, emulsify, and peel off the dirt layer to achieve the purpose of cleaning. 1. Cavitation effect: The cavitation effect is that ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the liquid in a high-frequency conversion method of compressive force and decompression interaction of more than 20,000 times per second. When depressurized, a group of vacuum nuclei is created in the liquid. Under the action of compressive force, the vacuum nucleus group bubbles generate strong impact when the pressure is broken, peeling off the dirt on the surface of the object to be cleaned, so as to achieve the purpose of precise cleaning.


2. DC effect: The phenomenon that ultrasonic waves flow in the direction of liquid sound propagation is called DC. When the sound wave intensity is 0.5W/cm2, the direct current can be seen with the naked eye, and the flow is generated perpendicular to the vibration surface, and the flow rate is about 10cm/s. Through this direct current, the oily dirt on the surface of the cleaning object is stirred, and the cleaning solution on the dirt surface also generates convection. The dissolving liquid that dissolves the dirt is mixed with the new liquid to speed up the dissolution speed and play an important role in the treatment of the dirt.


3. Acceleration: The acceleration caused by the liquid particles. For high-frequency ultrasonic cleaners, the cavitation effect is not obvious. At this time, the cleaning mainly relies on the acceleration of liquid particles to impact particles under the action of ultrasonic waves to perform ultra-precision cleaning of dirt.
