Suitable materials for ultrasonic welding
Ultrasonic welding is a fast, strong, clean and reliable plastic and metal joining process. Used for linking thermoplastic film and board, most metals can be ultrasonically welded.
Applicable plastic
Ultrasonic plastic welding can be used for all thermoplastics. When opening a seam on a workpiece made of partially crystalline plastic, it must be noted that the welding method used for this type of plastic is very different from the welding method used for amorphous plastic.
