Its working principle is that the ultrasonic driving power supply converts the mains electricity into high frequency and high voltage alternating current, which is output to the ultrasonic transducer to drive the frequency vibration of the surface of the disc.

The transducer stretches back and forth in the longitudinal direction, the frequency is equal to the frequency of the alternating current supplied by the driving power source, that is, 35K, and the telescopic displacement is about a few microns. The function of the horn is to fix the entire ultrasonic system, and the other is to amplify the output amplitude of the transducer and transmit it to the disc-shaped transmitter. The transmitting head further amplifies the amplitude, and the other is convenient for converting the longitudinal expansion vibration into the radial expansion vibration, and the disk rotates to process the material.
