2. Turn on the power and power indicator lights of the ultrasonic plastic welder.
3. For the machine in the clamping position, the range of tuning inductance is generally only 360 degrees. When the frequency difference of the welding head is large, it needs to be adjusted. At this time, you need to open the cover and remove the fixing device for adjustment.
4. Find the ultrasonic flaw detection switch on the ultrasonic plastic welding machine, press it, and pay attention to the load gauge. If the ammeter pointer exceeds 30% of the range or is greater than 2 amperes, the time to press the test switch will be very short, otherwise it will cause damage to the machine. When observing the load timing, adjust the tuning inductance and rotate from one side to the small position on the meter to stop. Generally speaking, it will be between 5% and 15%, and between 300 mA and 900 mA.
