Briefly describe the seven new characteristics of ultrasonic extraction technology in my country


A large number of experiments have shown that ultrasonic extraction can shorten the time and increase the extraction rate of effective ingredients. It is suitable for the extraction of effective ingredients of Chinese medicinal materials and can change the traditional Chinese medicine extraction process. Compared with boiling and alcohol precipitation processes, ultrasonic extraction has the following outstanding features:

     (1) The extraction temperature is low. Generally, ultrasonic enhanced extraction is carried out at a water temperature of 40-50 ℃, which will not damage some of the active ingredients in Chinese medicinal materials that are thermally unstable, easily hydrolyzed or oxidized;

     (2) Atmospheric extraction, with good safety, simple operation and convenient maintenance;

     (3) High extraction efficiency. The best extraction rate can be obtained by ultrasonic enhanced extraction for 30-50 minutes, and the extraction time is only 1/4 or less of that of boiling and alcohol precipitation. The extraction is sufficient, and the extraction volume is more than twice that of the traditional method;


     (4) Wide application range. Ultrasonic extraction can be used for most of the ingredients of various types of Chinese medicinal materials. Ultrasonic extraction has little to do with the properties of the solvent and the target extract (such as polarity). Therefore, there are many types of extraction solvents and a wide range of target extracts;

     (5) Reduce energy consumption. Because ultrasonic extraction does not require heating or the heating temperature is low, the extraction time is short, so energy consumption is greatly reduced;

     (6) The processing capacity of raw materials of medicinal materials is large, which can be increased several times, and there are few impurities, and the effective ingredients are easy to separate and purify;

     (7) The extraction process has low cost and significant comprehensive economic benefits.
