1. To maintain good heat dissipation and ventilation of machine parts.
2. Regularly check whether the wire connector is loose.
3. Open the upper cover of the ultrasonic generator regularly, use a clean air without moisture, and clean the dust in the box.
4. The working space should be kept ventilated, and the ambient temperature should not be higher than 40°.
5. Lifting and cleaning grooves, screws, etc. should be regularly touched with yellow grease and kept clean.
6. Clean the air filter regularly, you can use cleaning agent or water, it is not suitable to use volatile solvent to clean.
7. The machine should be wiped regularly. It is not suitable to use liquid for cleaning. Heavy objects and liquids should not be placed on the vibration box.
8. Ultrasonic welding head, bottom mold and working objects are always kept clean.
9. If you don't use it for a long time, please wipe the appearance of the machine and oil it for maintenance, cover it with the cover attached to the machine, and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
10. When transporting the machine, the ultrasonic generator should be transported separately from the body.
