How is ultrasonic lace sewing performed?

For some chemical fiber fabrics or blended fabrics containing some chemical fiber raw materials, since chemical fiber has the properties of thermoplastic materials, it can be sewn (welded) and processed under the action of ultrasound. It eliminates the trouble of assembling needles, threads and spools of traditional sewing machines. It can operate continuously at high speed, with high production efficiency, and improve product quality and create profits.

Working principle of ultrasonic lace sewing

When the ultrasonic generator adds power to the transducer, the transducer vibration is amplified by the two-stage amplitude of the horn and the tool head, and the ultrasonic wave is applied to the thermoplastic chemical fiber fabric (nylon, PVC, PS-PVC, PP non-woven fabric, nylon, terylene, PE fabric, etc.) and the flower wheel with a blade is under pressure. The flower wheel and the tool head are driven by the motor and mechanical transmission part to rotate the pattern of ultrasonic cutting and welding to form beautiful lace, or when two pieces of chemical fiber fabric are used, they can be welded under the action of ultrasonic waves to form wireless sewing (please note that pure cotton fabrics and pure silk fabrics cannot be welded because they do not have the properties of thermoplastic materials).

Edge cutting and trimming

Slit hole

Welding

Slitting

Forming

Main features of ultrasonic lace sewing machine

(1) It can weld plastic films, chemical plastic sheets, synthetic fiber fabrics, and can also weld certain materials that cannot be welded by high frequency.

(2) By adjusting the flower wheels of various styles and specifications, the lace style and width can be changed, so the operation is very convenient.

(3) There is no spark or burning phenomenon when cutting and welding the lace.

(4) It can weld and cut continuous curves or straight lines, and can also perform point welding.

(5) For fabrics of different materials and thicknesses, welding can be easily performed by adjusting the pressure, speed and power of the lace machine.
