The main parameters of ultrasonic cleaning machine
1. Frequency: ≥20KHz, can be divided into low frequency, medium frequency, high frequency 3 sections.
2. Cleaning medium: ultrasonic cleaning, generally two types of cleaning agents: chemical solvents, water-based cleaning agents, etc. The chemical action of the cleaning medium can accelerate the effect of ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning is a physical action. The two actions are combined to fully and thoroughly clean the object.
3. Power density: Power density=transmitting power (W)/transmitting area (cm²) usually ≥0.3W/cm², the higher the power density of the ultrasonic wave, the stronger the cavitation effect, the faster the speed, and the better the cleaning effect. However, for precision objects with very high surface finish, long-term high-power density cleaning will cause "cavitation" corrosion on the surface of the objects.
4. Ultrasonic frequency: The lower the ultrasonic frequency, the easier the cavitation in the liquid, the greater the force, and the stronger the effect. It is suitable for the initial cleaning of workpieces (coarse and dirty). The higher the frequency, the stronger the directionality of the ultrasonic wave, which is suitable for cleaning fine objects.
5. Cleaning temperature: Generally speaking, the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave is best at 30℃-40℃. The higher the temperature of the cleaning agent, the more significant the effect. Usually, when ultrasonic is applied in practice, the working temperature of 50℃-70℃ is adopted.
