Attention to the use of ultrasonic energy fusion transducer :

1. The frequency of the ultrasonic transducer, the amplitude lever and the tool head should be matched. In general, the frequency of the horn and the tool head should be slightly lower than the transducer frequency; the connection surface should ensure the vertical and peaceful integrity, and the torque should be appropriate.           

2. The welding of ultrasonic transducer electrode should be reliable and covered with damping glue.    

3. The temperature of the ultrasonic transducer should be below 60 C. the input power should be lower than the rated power.
