Description:
The 35Khz Replacement Telsonic Ultrasonic Converter with Steel Use Stainless (SUS) Protective Housing is applied to Telsonic type ultrasonic welding machine. 

The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs exp and and contract, producing axial vibrations.

A:The transducer get sparked and the ceramic material cracks. It can be inspected with the naked eye and a megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, the individual damaged vibrator can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.

A:Our transducer is a double-assurance process using cemented, screw-fastening, which does not occur under normal circumstances.
