Description

I can weld and cut 0-12mm copper or aluminum tubes at the same time with ultrasonic copper tube wind. It is mainly used in the refrigerator and air conditioner manufacturing industries, as well as capillary or spherical temperature sensors, and other products that require sealing of copper or aluminum tubes.

The Operation Copper Tube Sealing Machine 

1. The operator places the sealing machine above the filled tube, and then activates the start switch.

2. The cylinder advances the cam to clamp the closed tube and perform ultrasonic vibration at a frequency of 20 kHz to vibrate the inner wall surface of the tube to form a real metallurgical weld.

3. Then cut the tube from the filling head and complete the cycle within 2 seconds.
